February 11, 2011 - Chevrolet popularly known as Chevy among its customers launched the LPG version of its most popular car Beat, Chevrolet Beat LPG for 4.10 lakhs (Chevrolet Beat LS), Base Model and INR 4.53 lakhs (Chevrolet Beat LPG), Top end variant. Both the prices are exshowroom. The company also launched its much talked about SMARTECH engine which will power the Chevrolet Beat LPG. The light in weight 1.2 L S-TEC engine offers a mileage of 18.6 kmpl while the Beat LPG would offer its drivers an exceptional mileage of 13.29 kmpl.
